No financial advice
Nothing on the Site constitutes investment advice, a recommendation, a solicitation to buy or sell, or a guarantee of any market outcome. Probabilities and prices shown are derived from the live order book and reflect the aggregate views of other traders, not predictions by Resolvium. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
Risk of total loss
Prediction markets are speculative. The contracts traded on Hyperliquid’s outcome markets are fully collateralized, meaning your downside is capped at the price you paid per share — but that downside is 100% loss if the market resolves against your position. Only trade with funds you can afford to lose entirely.
Settlement and oracle risk
Markets settle automatically based on Hyperliquid’s mark price as described in the Contract Specifications. This price is itself a robust median across multiple sources, but it is not infallible. In rare cases, extreme exchange outages or manipulation attempts could affect the settlement price. Resolvium cannot influence or override how a market settles.
Smart contract and protocol risk
Hyperliquid is a layer-1 blockchain. Like any blockchain network, it is exposed to risks including but not limited to: protocol bugs, validator failures, network congestion, governance changes, and adverse regulatory action. Resolvium is dependent on Hyperliquid for all trade execution and settlement and cannot insulate users from these risks.
Frontend availability
Resolvium is one of several possible interfaces to Hyperliquid’s outcome markets. If our Site is unavailable for any reason, your positions, orders, and balances remain on-chain and are accessible through other Hyperliquid-compatible interfaces. We do not guarantee Site uptime.
Beta software
Hyperliquid’s outcome markets are in an initial testing period. The protocol team may change parameters, add or remove market types, or pause trading at their discretion. Resolvium tracks these changes but cannot prevent them.
Tax
You are responsible for determining and reporting any tax liability arising from your trading activity on Resolvium. We do not provide tax statements, and we do not file or withhold taxes on your behalf.
