Terms of Service

Last updated May 16, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Resolvium website (the “Site”) and the Resolvium frontend application (the “Service”). By connecting a wallet or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

Resolvium provides a non-custodial graphical interface for browsing and trading prediction markets that exist as HIP-4 outcome contracts on the Hyperliquid network. Resolvium is not a counterparty to any trade. All orders, fills, balances, and settlements are executed and recorded entirely by the Hyperliquid protocol. We do not custody, hold, or have access to your funds at any time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use decentralized trading services in your jurisdiction. The Service is not offered to residents of the United States, the United Kingdom, OFAC-sanctioned territories, or any other jurisdiction where prediction markets, perpetual derivatives, or HIP-4 outcome contracts are restricted by law.

You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of Resolvium is lawful in your jurisdiction. By using the Service you represent that it is.

3. Wallets and trading agents

To trade you must connect a self-custodial Ethereum-compatible wallet. Resolvium uses Hyperliquid’s native trading agent primitive — the exact same delegation system Hyperliquid uses on their own frontend — to delegate trade signing to a session-local key. We follow the protocol’s approveAgentflow without modification: the agent key is generated locally in your browser, registered on-chain via Hyperliquid, and only authorized to place and cancel orders on your behalf. It cannot withdraw funds, transfer to another address, or change account settings. You may revoke the agent at any time from your wallet. You are responsible for safeguarding your wallet’s seed phrase and private keys; lost keys cannot be recovered by us or by Hyperliquid.

4. Fees

Resolvium charges a 0.05% builder fee on closing trades, collected on-chain via the Hyperliquid builder code system. Hyperliquid charges protocol-level fees as described in their Fees documentation. We do not collect any other fees and we do not take spread.

5. No advice, no guarantees

Resolvium does not provide investment, financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice. Information shown on the Site (including market prices, probabilities, and historical data) is provided for general information only and may be delayed, incorrect, or incomplete. Trading prediction markets is speculative and may result in the total loss of the funds you commit to a position.

6. Service availability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Service at any time without notice. Because Hyperliquid is a decentralized protocol, markets and balances remain accessible through other interfaces even if Resolvium is unavailable.

7. Prohibited use

You agree not to use the Service to (a) violate any law or regulation, (b) engage in market manipulation, wash trading, or any attempt to interfere with the integrity of Hyperliquid’s order books, (c) infringe the rights of any third party, or (d) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the Site beyond what is offered by Hyperliquid’s public API.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Resolvium and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability to you will not exceed the builder fees you have paid to Resolvium in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
